AllFundly ("the Site") is a free collection of personal-finance calculators offered as an educational service. By using the Site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Privacy by design
Every calculator on AllFundly runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — incomes, expenses, balances, debts, contributions and any other figures — are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers. We have no database of user inputs and no way to retrieve them.
2. No accounts, no personal data
The Site does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address, phone number, name or any other personally identifying information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13.
3. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage of the Site (page views, approximate country, browser and device type, referring page). This data is used solely to improve the Site and is governed by Google's own privacy policies. You can block analytics with any standard ad or tracker blocker without affecting the calculators in any way. AllFundly does not set first-party cookies of its own; analytics cookies, when present, are set by Google.
4. Third-party services
Some pages load JavaScript libraries (for example chart rendering) from public content delivery networks such as jsDelivr, and tag-management code from Google. Loading these resources may expose your IP address and basic browser information to those providers, as is typical of any modern website. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
5. Advertising
The Site may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks in the future. Those networks may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to measure ad performance and to serve interest-based advertising. Any such use is governed by the ad network's own privacy policy, not by AllFundly.
6. Educational tool — not financial advice
AllFundly is an educational and informational calculator. The figures it produces are mathematical projections based on the formulas described on the methodology page and on the inputs you provide.
The Site does not provide, and must not be relied upon as, financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, retirement, insurance or any other professional advice. AllFundly is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, fiduciary, tax preparer or law firm, and is not affiliated with any such institution or any government agency.
Always verify any number that matters with your bank, broker, employer, tax authority or a qualified, licensed professional before making a real financial decision. Past performance and assumed rates of return are not a guarantee of future results.
7. "As-is" — no warranty
The Site and every calculator on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllFundly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calculators are error-free, that the results are correct, or that the Site will be available without interruption.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllFundly, its operators and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:
(a) your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any calculator; (b) any decision you make, or refrain from making, based on figures produced by a calculator; (c) any error, bug, miscalculation, rounding difference, omission or out-of-date assumption in a calculator; (d) any inputs you enter incorrectly or interpret incorrectly; (e) any third-party content, advertising or services accessed through the Site.
You use the Site entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any action you take based on its output.
9. No relationship
Use of the Site does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary, agency or professional relationship between you and AllFundly. No information you provide to the Site is treated as confidential, because none of it is collected.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, images and source code are the property of AllFundly or its contributors. You may use the calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes free of charge. You may not republish substantial portions of the Site or present it as your own product.
11. Changes
We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
